With more than sixty years of experience, Spinelli Commercial Properties has developed, leased and sold more than 2 million square feet in the New England area, to a wide range of technology, biotech and defense companies.  The company’s largest development is the 100 acre North Wilmington Business Park, located just off I-93 in Wilmington, MA.  This beautifully landscaped park contains over 500,000 square feet of office, light manufacturing and R&D buildings.  The flexible layout and cost efficiency of these facilities have drawn a number of leading edge technology companies to this award winning park.
